Bach Ma National Park covers an area of 22,031 ha. With steep mountains and dense tropical and sub-tropical forests, this area is home to a wide variety of animals and plants from both the northern and southern areas of the country, making Bach Ma one of the recognized centers of bio-diversity in Indochina.

Bach Ma summit offers a range of unique trails for those interested in wildlife and history for who simply wish to enjoy the distinctive natural beauty of the park. Each trail can be walked in under a day and do not require any special hiking equipment.

Itinerary:
Hue - Bach Ma National Park - Hoi An
8:00AM departing from Hue by our private vehicle, we drive 60 kms to Bach Ma National Park. Upon arrival into the park, we do a four-hour trek through the sub-tropical forest, taking us to the Ngu Ho and Do Quyen Waterfalls. The Ngu Ho, or Five-lakes Cascade, is a series of small waterfalls which crash down into pristine pools of clear water secluded under a canopy of foliage.

Have picnic lunch en-route. After lunch we take a short transfer by car then walk to the submit of 1450m above sea level, enjoy the spectacular views - the best spot for photo. When ready, we get back to private car and travel southward approximately 80km to Hoi An, visiting Hai Van mountain pass and the China beach. Admiring the picturesque views of sun set along the way back to Hoi An makes a great ending for the day. Arrive at your hotel in Hoi An around 6:30pm.

Note: The itinerary can be done in reverse as well, for those starting in Hoi An and wanting to end in Hue.
